Ignite | Community support – The Good, The Bad and HIM*

Open source product rise and fall on the community and the support it provides, many users want help and not as many provide that. We will talk about the problems of those that provide support, the types of people that do, the hurdles they face and the fact that HE* exists.

    Assaf Have been a working in the Open Source community since 1995. Been active in supporting the Nagios community via the IRC channel and mailing list. A team member of the Icinga Project. As a Linux Administrator And Network Manager I worked for companies like the BBC, SKY, and many Startups in Israel.

    Currently working as a Production Engineer and CISO at Optibus In my spare time I scuba dive,cycle,raise 2 children and enjoy writing (not as frequent as I’d like) in my whisky blog “maltgeeks”.
